दिमागी ताकत के लिए कुछ उपाय

एक गाजर और पत्ता गोभी के लगभग 50-60 ग्राम अर्थात् 10-12 पत्ते काटकर प्लेट में रख लें। इस पर हरा धनिया काट कर डाल लें। फिर उसमें सेंधा नमक, कालीमिर्च का पाउडर और नींबू का रस मिलाकर खूब चबा-चबाकर नाश्ते के रूप में खाया करें।

भोजन के साथ एक गिलास छाछ भी पिया करें।

रात को 9 बजे के बाद पढ़ाई के लिए जागरण करें तो आधे-आधे घण्टे के अंतर पर आधा गिलास ठण्डा पानी पीते रहें। इससे जागरण के कारण होने वाला वात-प्रकोप नहीं होगा। वैसे 11 बजे से पहले ही सो जाना ठीक होता है।

लेटकर या झुके हुए बैठकर न पढ़ा करें। रीढ़ की हड्डी सीधी रखकर बैठें। इससे आलस्य या निद्रा का असर नहीं होगा और स्फूर्ति बनी रहेगी। सुस्ती महसूस हो तो थोड़ी चहलकदमी कर लिया करें। नींद भगाने के लिये चाय या सिगरेट का सेवन न करें।

टी.वी. पर ज्यादा कार्यक्रम न देखा करें क्योंकि एक तो इससे समय नष्ट होता है और दूसरे, आँखें खराब होती हैं। टी.वी. पर कोई बहुत ही ज्ञानवर्धक कार्यक्रम हो तभी देखा करें। फालतू कार्यक्रम देखकर अपने समय, अपनी पढ़ाई लिखाई और अपनी आँखों का सत्यानाश न करें।

यदि विद्यार्थीगण (परीक्षार्थी) इन नियमों पर सच्चाई से अमल करेंगे तो उनकी दिमागी शक्ति खूब बढ़ेगी। इससे वे खूब अच्छी पढ़ाई कर सकेंगे। परिणामस्वरूप आगामी परीक्षाओं में खूब अच्छे नम्बरों से उत्तीर्ण हो सकेंगे। इसी तरह भावी जीवन की परीक्षाओं में भी सफल होते रहेंगे।
